Can I order a product that you don’t have in stock?

Generally, we tend to work with products that we have in stock to guarantee maximum speed of delivery of the product to the customer. Please contact our customer service department for more information.

Do you have a physical catalogue?

No. A physical catalogue, apart from being harmful to the environment, could never be as up to date as the products displayed in our shop online.

Can I pre-order products?

Yes. We can take orders for any products that we have in stock or that are due to arrive. If the product is in stock, we can hold it for a maximum of 3 days.

 

Product Questions

Can I use any footwear with my Doop skates?

Doop skates are compatible with almost any type of shoe. Nevertheless, it would be recommended to use not very wide sports footwear.
At the end of the day, each person is different. It's about finding the right shoe for your Doops.

How can I adjust my Doops to each size?

The adjust mechanism is very easy to use. You can either use screws or a lever. Check out the video below for more information on the screw adjustment:

The quick release resizing system (Q.R.S.) uses a small lever located under your heel. You just need to lift it, and then adjust the cuff as you see fit. Once you find the right position, close the lever and you are ready to go!

 

Are Doop skates for beginners or advanced inline skaters?

Doop skates are easily adaptable to any kind of skater. Beginners will enjoy a comfortable skate, a good grip around their feet and a standard brake pad. Advanced inline skaters will find a light, nimble and all-round skate.

What size am I?

There are two sizes available: SMALL and LARGE. 

We usually recommend a SMALL size for 43 EU o smaller. If you are bigger than 43 EU, LARGE is the right one for you.

As for what footwear to use, Doop skates are compatible with almost any type of shoe. Nevertheless, it would be recommended not to use very wide footwear.
Take your time and find the right footwear for your Doop skates.

Are Doops compatible with any type of wheel or bearing?

Yes. Doop skates use standard wheels and bearings and any type of inline skating wheel or bearing can be mounted. It's important to keep in mind, that wheel diameter should be mounted accordingly to the chassis.

Orders Questions

How do I place an order?

Placing an order on Inercia.com is a really easy. All you need to do is add items to your basket and finally go on to complete the payment. If you have any problems, our customer service department would be delighted to assist you.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Of course! If you don’t want to order online, or if you are having any difficulties you can place your order over the telephone, calling us on 00 34 93 486 92 56. Of course, take into account that we will need an e-mail address so that we can send you the conditions of sale in writing.

Is it secure placing an order online?

How can I view my basket?

From any page of the website you can access your basket by clicking on the basket icon that appears above the menu bar on the right. You can also access it by clicking here.

How do I add items to my basket?

All you have to do is click on the button, “Add to cart” which you will find on every product description. For products that come in various sizes, colours and so on, you will need to select your preference.

How do I remove items from my basket?

When you go onto your shopping cart, you will see that on every line there is an X next to the product. Simply click on the X. If you want to change the amount of items of the same product you can change the number that appears on the same line. From there, click on “confirm changes”.

Can I add products to my basket and complete the order at another time?

Yes. At Inercia.com your session will be saved for seven days so that you can complete the order within that timeframe. Of course, if you have not signed in, you can only be recognized if you enter the website from the same computer or device, using the same browser. Therefore, it is worth registering as a customer so that you can continue with your order from any device.

How can I be sure that my order has gone through correctly?

Once the order has been completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming that it has gone through correctly. If you don’t receive this e-mail, check your junk mail. If you still can’t find it, contact our customer service department.

Do I need an e-mail address to place an order?

To benefit from all of the advantages that being a registered user of our shop online offers it is absolutely necessary to have an e-mail address. Obviously, if you don’t have one, you can place the order over the telephone, but you will need a fax number so that we can confirm the conditions of sale.

How can I know if a product is in stock?

On each product description, we will indicate if the product is in stock or not.

Will I be notified when an order has been dispatched?

Yes, once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number so that you can keep updated on the state of the delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can, as long as the order has yet to leave our warehouse. Should the order already been sent, you should convey your wish to do so. According to the General Terms and Conditions, you shall be required to bear the additional expenditure caused to us.

Can I modify an order after it has been confirmed?

Yes, you can, as long as the order has yet to leave our warehouse. Should the order already have been sent, you shall receive it and arrange the return of the order, being required to bear the additional expenditure caused to us.

Is it compulsory to register?

No. At Inercia.com, it is not necessary to register. Obviously, you need to provide us with contact and delivery details, but these details will not be used to register you on our website. However, we highly recommend that you register in order to benefit from all of advantages, such as consulting previous orders, adding favourites and so on.

What advantages are there to registering?

Registering with Inercia.com allows you to consult previous orders, order products that you have ordered before, add products to a list of favourites, receive updates about products that are back in stock and more.

How can I work out my size?

What Doop skates size do I need?

Doop skates are available in two sizes: SMALL and LARGE.

The helmet is a very important protection element for any roller skater. Is there anything more important than your head?
In order to determine your helmet size, you should measure your head circumference. Please read the following instructions:

1. Using a measuring tape, measure round your head at forehead level.

2. You can also use a piece of string or cable and then measure it.

3. Find the helmet you like in our website and use this measure to choose your right size.

If it is a gift or you are having problems measuring your head, you can take a measurement from the inside of a hat. However, generally, man’s size is 58 cm and woman’s 54-56 cm.

Knee pads are very important protection elements for any roller skater, since falling over and getting hurt is almost part of the sport.

Protective gloves or wristbands are very important protection elements for any roller skater. In order to determine your glove or wristband size, you should measure round your hand. Please read the following instructions:

What protective pants size do I need?

Protective shorts are very important protection elements for any roller skater. Their upper leg and butt padding protect your most important and fragile assets.

What payment methods can I use?

At DoopShop.com you can use various payment methods including COD, bank transfer, credit/debit card or PayPal. For more information on payment methods please click on the following link.

Do you have any discount policies?

When will my payment go through?

If you pay by credit/debit card or PayPal, the payment goes through immediately. If you have chosen COD, the payment will be carried out when you receive the package. In the case of paying by bank transfer, the payment will go through as soon as the transfer process is complete. For more information on payment methods, please click on the following link.

Can I open the package before a COD payment?

No. No courier service will consider this an option.

Is VAT included in the price?

In our shop all of the products have 21% VAT included in the price. Obviously, depending on where you are receiving the package, the VAT can be discounted off your order. For more information, please consult point 8 of our general terms and conditions.

Can I pay by PayPal?

Yes. The payment is carried out through the PayPal service and does not require the customer to have a PayPal account. Any customer choosing this payment method will receive an e-mail redirecting them to the PayPal payment page.

Payment through PayPal incurs an added commission cost of 5% of the total sales order, including postage costs.

Postage and delivery periods Questions

How much are the delivery costs?

You can consult delivery costs by clicking on the following link.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes. We mainly work with countries within the European Union, although we can deliver to any country. You can consult delivery costs and payment methods for other countries by clicking on the following link.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We are extremely efficient. Deliveries in Spain take less than 3 working days (Monday to Friday). For other destinations inside the European Union a maximum of 10 working days (Monday to Friday). For other countries a maximum of 3 weeks.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number so that you can keep updated on the state of the delivery.

How will my order be shipped?

Within the European Union we deliver with companies such as Seur, MRW, Nacex and others. For other countries, we usually use the normal postal service.

Do you deliver with the national postal service?

We only use the normal postal service for countries outside of the European Union.

Can I use my own courier service?

In special cases there is the possibility of using your own courier service, but we highly recommend that you don’t since it doesn’t allow us to have the appropriate control of the delivery.

What happens if the package arrives when I’m out?

If you’re not in, the courier will try to contact you to arrange another suitable delivery date and time. The other option is that you go to pick the package up from the company’s sorting office.

Can I get the order delivered to a different address to the billing address?

Yes, that’s no problem. When you place the order, you can indicate a delivery address and a different billing address.

Can I change my delivery details after the order has gone through?

In the case of wanting to change delivery details after the order has gone through, you need to contact our customer services department as quickly as possible since we usually send products out very quickly after receiving the order. If your order has already been dispatched, you will have to pay the extra postage costs incurred by the change of address on the delivery.

Why has my package been returned?

If you’re not in when the courier arrives, or if they can’t find your address, they will try to contact you. If they don’t manage to do so, they will tell us and we will try to contact you again. If, after 7 days of trying to deliver the package, we still can’t reach you, the order will be returned.

Can you send to a Post Office Box?

No. It’s is essential that somebody receives the package in person so that we can confirm that it has been received.

Will my order still be shipped if there is an item out of stock?

If we don’t have one of the items included in your order in stock, before proceeding with the delivery, we will contact you to offer various alternatives and solutions.

Warranty Questions

What’s covered under the warranty?

It covers any manufacturing fault. Only in the event of the manufacturer certifying a manufacturing fault, the product shall be replaced, repaired or the customer refunded. It is up to the customer.

This warranty excludes defects caused by negligence, improper use, handling or normal wear and tear.

This warranty excludes any loss of functionality due to manufacturing limitations of the goods.

How long does the warranty last?

Warranties are provided by the various suppliers of each one of the products, and generally last two years. You can consult our warranty section for more information.

Do all of the products in the shop come with a warranty?

Yes. A 2-year warranty. Check out our warranty section for more information.

Returns and exchanges

How do I return a product?

At DoopShop.com we make it as easy as possible for you to return or exchange a product. The first thing that you need to do is to contact our customer service team, and they will tell you the next steps to take. Or, alternatively, you can consult all of the necessary information here.

How long do I have to return a product?

You have 15 working days after receiving the product in the case of replacement. In other cases, it will be according to general Terms & Conditions.

Who pays for postage costs on returns?

Should the customer withdraw from the contract, he/she will be refunded the original shipping costs.

In the event of manufacturing error, DoopShop.com will bear the total shipping costs.

In the event of replacement, the customer will bear the return shipping cost as well as the new shipping cost to the customer’s address.

Do you do cash refunds in the case of a return?

The product will only be refunded in the events stated in the general Terms & Conditions.

The customer shall be refunded using the same payment option as in the purchase, expect for cash on delivery, in which case it shall be via bank transfer.

The refunded cost will be the same as the original price, plus any shipping cost that may have arisen.

In the event of withdrawal from contract, DoopShop.com shall refund the full price paid by the customer, including shipping costs no later than 14 days after receiving withdrawal notification. DoopShop.com shall withhold refund until original packaging, manuals and accessories have been confirmed to be in good condition.

In the event of lack of conformity, once the manufacturer confirms a manufacturing fault and the customer chooses termination of the contract, the customer shall be refunded. DoopShop.com will bear the total shipping costs.

Termination shall not be appropriate when based on minor lack of conformity.

How long can an exchange take?

Once the product has arrived to the warehouse with the corresponding return number and return form, and all of the necessary conditions have been confirmed, the shipping process for the new product will begin within a period of seven working days, assuming that the product is in stock.

How long will it take to refund my card?

DoopShop.com shall refund the full price paid by the customer no later than 14 days after receiving withdrawal notification. DoopShop.com shall withhold refund until original packaging, manuals and accessories have been confirmed to be in good condition.

How do I know if you have received my returned item?

We process returns as quickly as possible, meaning that we will contact you in less than 7 working days after you have sent us the returned item. However, if you haven’t heard from us after a few days, don’t hesitate to contact our customer services department to track the progress of your return.

Can I exchange one product for another?

Yes. There is no problem in exchanging one product for another. Please see our returns department for more information.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

Whilst we have a highly efficient system, we are also only human, meaning that there can sometimes be a risk of error. In that case, firstly, please accept our apologies and then contact our customer services department to let us know so that we can organize the return as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

All the DoopShop.com customers have the benefit of the manufacturers’ warranty, which is usually 2 years from delivery date.

This warranty excludes defects caused by negligence, improper use, handling or normal wear and tear.

This warranty excludes any loss of functionality due to manufacturing limitations of the goods.

If the manufacturer confirms a manufacturing fault, it will be replaced or repaired, depending on the customer. Shall any of those option be impossible or disproportionate, the customer shall receive a discount or to terminate the contract.

If, according to the aforementioned section, the customer chooses to terminate the contract, therefore the return of the product, INERCIA.COM shall refund the full price of the product, including the total shipping costs. Termination shall not be appropriate when based on minor lack of conformity.

The customer shall inform DoopShop.com of the lack of conformity no later than 2 months after learning of it, being responsible for all the costs due to late notification.

How should I prepare a returns package?

If you would like to return or exchange a product, you must ensure that the product has not been used and that it is returned in its original box along with all manuals and original internal packaging intact. Next, wrap the box in paper, plastic or cardboard to ensure that the box does not get damaged and write the return number on the outer packaging.

For warranty or repairs, you should follow the same steps but, obviously, the product will have been used.

Can I still return a product if I don’t have the original packaging?

If you want to return a product, you should have the original packaging. If it is a case of warranty or repairs, it is not compulsory. Either way, please contact our customer service department to find a solution.
