Return and Replacement
For product returns or replacements contact our customer service and note the following conditions:
How can I return the product?
Make sure you meet the following requirements before shipping the goods back:
1. Items must be unused and in new condition, with all original packaging, manuals and accessories. They shall not be scratched or dirty.
2. Returns of customized products shall not be accepted.
3. Only shipping via Seur, DHL, etc. shall be accepted. Responsibility for any goods returned via regular mail will not be accepted.
4. Returned packages with any kind of seal attached to the original packaging or wrap shall not be accepted.
5. The RETURN NUMBER shall be indicated on the outside of the packaging and the product return form shall be placed inside.
6. DOOPSHOP.COM shall not accept any returned items with unpaid postage, unless otherwise agreed.
If the above mentioned conditions are met and according to general Terms & Conditions, DOOPSHOP.COM shall accept the returned items.
The time limit for returned products is 15 working days. In any other case, check general Terms & Conditions for more information.
If the product or service is not available, DOOPSHOP.COM shall supply, free of charge, a product or service of similar or higher quality. The customer shall be able to withdraw from contract as if they were the original products.
Who is responsible for the cost of returning the product?
According to general Terms & Conditions:
If return is due to lack of conformity and repair or replacement is impossible, and the customer chooses to withdraw from contract and return the product, DOOPSHOP.COM will bear the additional shipping cost. Termination shall not be appropriate when based on minor lack of conformity.
If return is due to withdrawal, DOOPSHOP.COM shall refund full payment plus shipping costs. DOOPSHOP.COM shall withhold refund until original packaging, manuals and accessories have been confirmed to be in good condition.
If return is due to replacement, the customer shall bear the shipping costs.

When does the shipment arrive?
Once the product with the corresponding Return Number and Product Return Form is in our warehouse and all conditions above listed are met, the shipping process will start. It shall take 7 calendar days, should stock be available. If stock is not available, the customer shall be notified to arrange a delivery date.
