Shipping and Delivery

Notwithstanding the information on these pages and as long as it has no detriment for the customer, DOOPSHOP.COM reserves the right to change the type of shipment and the shipping company.

a) Shipping to Spain (Mainland) and Portugal (Mainland):

For any order, time of delivery depends on stock and amount of work.

The following conditions are applicable:

Shipping rates:

- In orders which amount 50 € (Tax Incl.) or less, the delivery costs come to 10 € (Tax Incl.).
- In orders which amount 50,01 € (Tax Incl.) or more, there shipping costs are free.

b) Balearic Islands:

- In orders which amount 100 € (Tax Incl.) or less, the delivery costs come to 15 € (Tax Incl.).
- In orders which amount 100,01 € (Tax Incl.) or more, there shipping costs are free.

Carrier and delivery times for a) and b):

Once the availability of the goods is confirmed, your order shall be sent via MRW, Nacex or Seur, using their respective services E-Commerce, E-Nacex or Seur 24. These services guarantee a fast and time-efficient delivery within 3 working days after shipping. The morning following the shipping, you shall receive a tracking number via email, which can be used to check the status of the goods through the company’s website (www.mrw.es , www.nacex.es or www.seur.com). (DISCLAIMER: CLARIFY RESPONSABILITIES WITH CARRIER SERVICE IN CASE OF DELAY)

- We can not guarantee orders placed after 12 P.M. to be shipped on the same day. (DISCLAIMER: FOR MORE ON EXACT DISPATCH DATE, CLARIFY WITH CARRIER SERVICE)
- Confirmation in writing of the purchase and its conditions of our online shop, via email shall be required for orders placed via email or telephone.

c) Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

 - Payment by bank transfer, Paypal or credit/debit card. See payment options.
 - Shipments to the Canary Islands shall have a fixed cost of 30€ and to Ceuta and Melilla 25€. Nevertheless, INERCIA.COM reserves the right to modify such costs in the event of high volume orders.
 - Usually, 48 to 72h after order confirmation, the goods shall be shipped via SEUR, which has a tracking service using a number provided via email with each shipment. (www.seur.com).
- For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla VAT (21%) shall not be applicable. Nevertheless, the customer shall be charged with additional costs for customs clearance. These additional costs can not be determined since they depend on the “I.G.C” and the “Aduanas de Canarias” (Canary Islands Customs)

d) Shipments to countries of the European Union except Portugal (Mainland):

 - Payment by bank transfer, Paypal or credit/debit card. See payment options.

 - Shipping costs are listed here:

- Once the payment has been confirmed, the goods shall be sent via Seur International, MRW or GDS. The time of delivery depends on the country, but it is usually 3 to 10 days. The customer shall receive via email the necessary information to access each company’s tracking service.

- The prices of the goods found on our website include VAT (21%).

e) Other countries:

- Payment by bank transfer, Paypal in Euros. See payment options.
- Charges for currency exchange or bank transfer are the customer’s responsibility.

- For shipments outside the European Union, the rates change depending on shipment volume and weight, and the country of destination. To estimate rates, click here: http://correos.es/comun/tarificador/tarifas.asp
- Transportation costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once the bank transfer or Paypal payment has been confirmed, the items shall be shipped via mail within 48-72 hours. The delivery times depend on the country, but they are usually between 3 and 4 weeks. There is a tracking service available using the number provided with every shipment (www.correos.es).
- Once the goods are purchased, the customer shall be informed of the total amount via email.
- In the event of a bank transfer and once the customer has confirmed the order, he/she shall be provided with a bank account to make such transfer. In the case of PayPal, the customer shall receive an email with the necessary payment information.

- For international purchases, VAT (21%) shall not be applicable. Nevertheless, the customer shall be responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. These additional costs can not be determined since they depend on each country.
